I have always enjoyed training, staying fit and healthy and decided to become a qualified Personal Trainer to further my interest in this industry. I know how hard it can be to achieve your desired physique, it’s so important that you stay motivated and see /feel results. That is why I specialise in providing a tailored and varied program for you, reviewing your diet, targeting your goals and the

activities you will enjoy most. I am based in Preston and Manchester, with clients coming from all other the north-west of England. I train clients at their homes, gyms, work places, parks and training studios. I love what I do – I love the process of training my clients hard while having fun too. I love seeing my clients’ satisfied, exhausted but happy at the end of their workouts. But most of all, I love sharing their elation when they reach their goals. Stacy came to me in January 2018 having struggled with her last PT in terms of tracking body composition, goal setting and general enthusiasm to helping her make a change. Initially her goal was very basic which was look better and feel better, after a couple of months we agreed we need to set a new goal which is measurable by time with an end date. We decided a fitness photo shoot was an excellent opportunity for her to increase her general fitness but also confidence. Stacy has stuck to everything I have asked of her and the results speak for her commitment to change! 8 months down the line and she smashed her photo shoot and we’ve already set her next goal! Well done Stacy, keep up the hard work!

What an incredible chapter in my life but it’s time to finally move on. Rob has been training with me now for just 7 weeks and has already seen amazing results!! From being a complete beginner in the gym to now being able to walk into a session knowing exactly what he is doing has made a huge difference to his lifestyle. He has stuck to his diet and only allowed himself a couple of days where he lets go to celebrate various events. Great job so far Rob, I can’t wait to see where you’ll be at in another 7 weeks!

I am looking for two new dedicated clients who are looking to push themselves to better their body and lifestyle. You will need to fully commit to a bespoke training programme and food plan which I will create for you and change as you progress throughout the 12 week course. Measurements and body fat % will also be checked every 2 weeks to make sure you’re heading in the right direction.

We will run through your goals and aspirations and ensure you hit them in the allocated time. Alongside the programmes you do yourself you will get two personal training sessions a week for 12 weeks.
