⭐️CLIENT SPOTLIGHT⭐️

What can I say about Blakes journey, other than outstanding !

Blake Approached me at the back end of 2022, with a plan of attack that come January he really wanted to make some big changes in the gym and out of the gym. And make changes we did and more !!

The main focus was to get him back really enjoying training, wanting to test himself and most importantly be able to have a laugh whilst training. Now Normally Celtic and Rangers fans historically don’t get on .. But I think it is fair to say that from the word go we have got on like a house on fire. Which has positively added to his training.

The stark difference from our first to our last session in our first block is mind-blowing. The effort this lad has put into achieving his goals has been amazing. Even through tough times he has faced this year .

As well as importantly still being able to enjoy nights out or going to the football at the weekend. Thats is the main factor we spoke about at the start, that you shouldn’t have to give up the things you enjoy, just become smarter on what drinks, the lead up to an event extra movement etc.

During our time together, Blake has lost a total of 1 stone, and an incredible 29 cm across the board. As well as his fitness going to serious levels and coming to the gym excited , smiling and ready to work hard every session.

Well done sir , I tip my hat to you. It has been some journey, and this is only the first phase 🚀🚀🚀

⭐️Client Spotlight ⭐️

Matt & Nicole, what can I say guys what a journey this was , this has to be up there with one of the most brilliant transformations I’ve been apart of. Not just physically but the all round package !

Matt & Nicole approached me around late summer time last year, in a position of they were enjoying training but not quite getting everything out of it. They had a big holiday coming up as well and wanted to be in the best shape possible going into that. From the word go it was all about showing with good diet (not boring) anything is possible with the right training then added in.

The weeks went by and things just massively continued to click, meal prep Sundays religiously , training , walking and general enjoyment in every facility of their fitness journey. This resulted in some truly amazing check ins.

Overall in total Matt lost an amazing 10 kg and a total of 20 cm across the board !!! Nicole equally as amazing dropped 8 kg in total and a mega 28 cm dropped across the board !!!

This was truly brilliant to be apart of, and it couldn’t of happened to any better people. The most amazing thing is that seeing all these principles that we put in place are now still a constant in both their lives.

If your willing to put the work in this is what is possible , well done guys ! Thank you again for letting me be part of your amazing journey 💚

Ive been so excited to share Scott's journey, as it is really the true example of just taking things back to basics and really just enjoying the process.
Scott came to myself 3 months ago, looking to really gain some structure back into his training, and try to drop some weight whilst doing so. What followed in the next couple of months was truly amazing ! The work rate and commitment when he was in the gym with me and following his program was just incredible. Each weigh in and measurements would just keep getting better and better. Not only this his over all form, technique and confidence grew massively as well. Whis is equally amazing to see.
Which takes us to the point where we are now ...
After 3 months of training...
Scott is a total of 12.5 kg down (2 stone) ✅📉
And a total of 33 cm off across the board✅📉
What a journey this has been, and it just goes to show you that by making those tweaks to your diet, and supplementing the right training program and style anything is possible 🎯👌🏻

• Back from holidays , and lost your mojo / eaten too much at the all inclusive or if you find yourself stuck in a bit of a road to nowhere , not seeing any results, hating your training or even in the simplest of forms just feeling utter sh*te.

•The bottom line is even mild dehydration can be hugely detrimental to overall mental and physical health.

•Never mind when there top level weather alerts , even risk of life in some situations.

•So don’t be that dick ..

I want to give a massive shout out to my sister 💚

We are a total of half a stone down in weight, and a massive 17 cm down across the board!!! 🤩

I think these photos speak for themselves. Sometimes we all look a bit too much into what numbers come up in the scales. However I feel the true test of weight loss, is what are your clothes saying to it ?? In Samantha’s case it’s pretty obvious to see how well she has done ✅

Being able to see massive growth , in her fitness levels , confidence and ability has been such an amazing experience. Not only this, but the mindset to training and routine has been outstanding 👌🏻 From only running , and having very little functional fitness. To now smashing out classes and 5 gym sessions a week is just as amazing, as this can be the hardest part alone as being consistent is key , and Samantha is in control of that and more now 👏🏻

Extremely proud of you , keep this going , there is plenty more to come 🔥🔥

New week / New month ✅

•January not went to plan ? Not to worry, this is your time to shine ✨

• February is your month and even if it isn’t , don’t hit the panic button ❌

• You still have 10 months of the year after February to make it happen ☑️

• The less pressure you put yourself under the easier things will become and the more successful you will be in all walks of life ✅

• You may take several hits, that knock you back. However that’s all part of the process. Enjoy those knockdowns, use them to learn from and become stronger from 💪🏻

•With Christmas now gone and out the way, we are now in that funny part of the year where things are a little stop start etc before going back to work and into 2022.
