It’s easy to get stuck in a bit of a rut with training. If you feel like you’re just going through the motions at the minute, lifting the same weights, or staring at a wall on a treadmill just to tick a box, it might be time to change it up.
Our kickboxing sessions are completely different to your standard commercial gym classes. Because of Danny's martial arts background, we don't just have you mindlessly smashing pads until you pass out. There is an actual structure to it. We coach you on proper movement, defense, and the actual technique behind every strike, so you’re learning a genuine skill while getting fit.
The best bit about it is the atmosphere in the studio. Walking into a new space can be a bit daunting, but there are absolutely no cliquey groups or big egos here. Everyone trains hard, but we always have a proper laugh while doing it.
