This is Amber.
While building a future in Health Psychology, Pilates started as something small, just a way to move, to switch off, to reset during long days of studying.
But it didn’t stay that way. What began as a hobby quickly became something she relied on. A way to slow down, reconnect, and find presence in the middle of an intense final year.
“Pilates gave me something I didn’t even realize I needed - a way to combine movement with presence.”
Over time, that curiosity turned into something more. Not just strength or physical change, but a deeper understanding of posture, flexibility, and breath.
So she took the leap.
Straight after finishing her degree, Amber enrolled onto her Level 3 Mat & Reformer training, and hasn’t looked back since.
Now, she’s combining her background in Health Psychology with her passion for Pilates, creating movement that supports both mental well-being and physical strength.
