Here’s a reminder of what each class entails…
👯♀️ Sweaty Mama is choreographed exercise to music. Featuring cardio, resistance and body conditioning this is a fun and interactive full-body workout for mum and baby.
🧘♀️ Sweaty Mamalates is our Pilates-inspired class. A gentle, low-impact mat class which focuses on reactivating the core, strength, balance and relaxation. The perfect re-introduction to exercise after having a baby.
💪🏼 Sweaty Strength is for those wanting to take it up a notch! A 45 minute jam-packed circuits class focussing on strength and functional exercise. A firm favourite for mums with toddlers.
Sweaty mama instructors are pre and postnatal exercise specialists, which means all classes are suitable for all fitness levels and stages of postpartum. And we promise you, it will become the highlight of your week! 🤩
