Having a positive experience in the gym from a young age, seeing mummy lift weights and enjoying training 🧡🥹

There’s something special about seeing mums and daughters training together. It’s such a great way to make the gym a normal, positive part of life from a young age💪🏼

Meet Sarah 💪🏼

Sarah came to the JG Strength Studio Open Day on 1st August 2025, and had her first open gym session one week later.

Fast forward a year and she’s completed 190 gym sessions! That’s more than half the year spent showing up, putting in the work and staying consistent 👏🏼

Her dedication is paying off… She’s looking fantastic, feeling stronger than ever and making amazing progress.

Well done Sarah, so incredibly proud of you! 🧡
