2 weeks and 5kg difference.
No crazy diet. No skinny jabs. No killing myself in the gym.
I have been able to have a good balance of going out and enjoying life with friends. Not starving myself. The only commitment I made was training 3 times a week. The sessions didn’t write me off. I was still able to walk up and down stairs 🤣
Prioritising your health is the best investment you will ever make. Not only do you feel more confident, but your overall mood and energy improves massively.
The hardest part for me and probably 90% of people is getting started.
