This year, we're making our End of Summer Event even more meaningful by raising money and awareness for Sarcoma UK.

In November 2025, four-year-old Jaxon was diagnosed with distal epithelioid sarcoma-an incredibly rare form of cancer.

Because of the location of the tumour, Jaxon had to have his index finger amputated in December.
Since then, his family have worked tirelessly to turn an unimaginably difficult experience into something positive by fundraising and raising vital awareness of sarcoma.

So many people have never even heard of sarcoma or understand the signs to look out for. Every person who attends, donates, shares this post or simply learns what sarcoma is helps make a genuine ditterence.
We're proud to have teamed up with Primal Strength, who have kindly donated Primal T-shirts and water bottles for us to sell at the event. Every penny raised from these sales will go directly to Sarcoma UK.
We'll also be holding a raffle featuring some fantastic prizes, with all proceeds once again going to the charity!

Hello everyone, we’re Peak Physique Epworth.

Can you believe we’ve been part of the Epworth community for 20 years?

Just under two years ago, Owen took over the gym with a vision to create something special. Since then, we’ve invested heavily into transforming the space into the gym you see today – a unique training environment with its own character, often described as looking like a bat cave.

We’re incredibly proud of what Peak Physique Epworth has become. It’s a gym built by people who genuinely care about creating the best possible place to train, whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’ve been lifting for years.

The exciting part is that we’re nowhere near finished. We have plenty more improvements planned, with new equipment, further upgrades and continued investment to make Peak Physique Epworth even better for our members.

Why not come and see it all for yourself at our Open Day on Sunday 9th August, 10:00am – 2:00pm. Meet the team, have a look around the gym, ask any questions and see what Peak Physique Epworth is all about.

PEAK PHYSIQUE GYMS - END OF SUMMER EVENT☀️

To round off what's been a tough but brilliant summer, we're bringing both our Epworth & Goole gyms together for a morning of fitness, fun and a bit of friendly competition!

🗓️Sunday 13th September 10am - 2pm

We'll be putting on a HYROX-style fitness challenge, with a number of different stations set up for you to work your way through at your own pace.

This isn't just for the super fit or competitive - everyone from both gyms is invited to get involved, have a go and enjoy the morning with us.

- Everyone who completes the challenge will receive a completion medal.
- Prizes will be on offer for some of the standout performances of the day.
- Fruit & refreshments will be available throughout the morning.
- Completely FREE.

More than anything, it's a chance to get everyone together, meet members from both gyms and finish the summer on a high.

Registration will open next week, we want to guste an idea of numbers to cater for🫶🏻

One of the most interesting features in the gym is this sign.

It’s over 20 years old. During the renovation, we found it buried inside the reception desk, hidden away after all those years.

The moment we uncovered it, we knew we couldn’t throw it away. It represents the history of this gym and everyone who has trained here over the last two decades.

Instead, we restored it and made it a centrepiece, giving a small piece of the gym’s history the place it deserves.
