We currently have SwimLincs non swimmer places available at NL Active Axholme North.

Our swimming lessons help children develop essential water skills, grow in confidence and work towards becoming safer, more independent swimmers.

A relaxing, yoga inspired class combining elements of Pilates and Tai Chi, designed to help you, improve flexibility, build core strength, relax, reset and clear your mind and focus on controlled breathing

No need to be super flexible or a fitness expert, just come along, slow things down and unwind.
