June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.
This is your reminder to check on your mates — but also check on your own body.
That constant headache, chest pain, exhaustion, stress, bad sleep, anxiety, or “I’ll deal with it later” feeling? Don’t ignore it. Too many men push through pain, stay silent, and put themselves last.
Book the appointment. Talk to someone. Rest when you need to. Eat properly. Get your body checked. Your physical and mental health go hand in hand.
Strong men speak up. Strong men ask for help. Strong men look after themselves and each other.
Check on your mates.
Check on yourself.
