Introducing Pariss, our new Yoga Mat instructor in the studio..

Pariss brings over 6 years of yoga experience.. she is passionate about creating the most supportive space where you feel empowered to move in a way that suits your body best and meets you exactly where you are on any given day.

Over her years she has deepened her practise with certifications in Vinyasa yoga, and Reiki. Giving her a holistic approach both physical movement and energetic healing. ✨

Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced in your practice, you’ll feel welcomed, supported, and nurtured in Pariss’ classes and walk out feeling incredible..

FS8 Workouts are intentional and planned across a full week of training, delivering full body workouts with purpose. Our expert Pilates Instructors customise each class to every person’s level and ability, adding their expertise, personal flair and guidance to ensure you get the most out of every single session.

One of the biggest differences with FS8 is the programming. Unlike many traditional Pilates studios where classes are programmed independently, FS8 follows a structured weekly training plan designed with purpose and progression in mind.

In many studios, instructors may not know what was programmed the day before or what’s planned for the following day. This can sometimes lead to members unintentionally overworking the same muscle groups across consecutive classes, creating an experience that feels inconsistent or disjointed over time.

At FS8, every class is intentionally designed to complement the next, creating balance, progression and longevity. We thoughtfully build on each day’s training.

What makes it even more powerful is that this programming is followed in FS8 studios all around the world. Members across multiple countries are training through the same structured system every single day, built on proven programming that delivers results globally.
