TRY BOWLS on Thursday afternoons are a great chance to experience a sport that everyone enjoys from the moment they start. There are already plenty of people getting involved BOWLS. Get on the green in a low pressure environment, where we provide the equipment and as much or as little coaching as you would like, at NO COST. All ages welcome. This is sooooooo delicious!!!!

Sarah’s Strawberry & Bocconcini Salad

2 cups mixed greens
1/4 cup of chopped toasted almonds
1 cup of bocconcini balls
1 punnet of chopped strawberries

Place greens on a plate, add strawberries, bocconcini and almonds.

Sarah’s Dressing

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon of sea salt
Some fresh ground pepper
