Carmel & Co Gymnastics is a huge, modern and purpose built gymnastics facility situated at 28 Sunset Ave, Barrack Heights near Shellharbour on the South Coast of New South Wales. We boast a full sized sprung floor, trampolines including a 10 metre tumble tramp, foam pit, bungee harnesses, and several sets of every apparatus - the largest and best equipped Gym in the entire region! run business, who cater for gymnasts aged 14 months and up with a wide range of programs ranging from Kindergym, Recreational fun programmes, competitive Men’s artistic gymnastics, Women’s artistic gymnastics, Cheerleading, Tumbling, Trampolining, Birthday parties and much more. The coaching team at Carmel & Co are highly qualified and experienced and love what they do in training both the young, and the young at heart in gymnastics.
