This weekend The Mindful Movement has an EXTRA walk.

We have been given the exciting opportunity to team up with the legends for this upcoming walk.

The purpose of the walk? Well…it is another opportunity for members of the community to step forward, speak out and support yourself in a positive way through good conversation and interaction with positive people. We are not mental health professionals but we are people who care.

Information:
- 29th June leaving Team Flex (138 Tongarra Rd Albion Park) at 8am
- The walk is a child, pram and pet friendly loop. Starting and finishing at the Team Flex shop taking about 45mins
- Goodie bags available for everyone who attends
- Lucky door prizes kindly donated by andboxnbreathe
- Absolutely everyone is welcome!

🎥 SFC Illawarra Fight Night 🎥

Looking back at last week’s Illawarra Fight Night, we couldn’t be prouder of our fighters and the energy they brought to the ring! 🥊✨

From ’s sharp exhibition performance, to ’s tactical war, and of course, ’s triumphant title win — the dedication and heart on display was next level! 💥💪

This event was all about hard work paying off, game plans coming together, and a whole lot of grit and resilience. These moments remind us why we step into the ring — it’s not just about winning, it’s about growth, learning, and pushing ourselves to be better every day.
