I used to think getting results meant doing more, restricting more, and pushing harder no matter what.

Now, as a coach, I see things very differently.

The work I do with 1-1 clients is centered around something a lot more sustainable.

- Focusing on the quality of the food they’re eating, while still building balance into real life.
- No extremes, no all-or-nothing approach, just consistency that actually lasts.
- No punishing workouts or living in the gym. It’s a mix of low-impact movement and strength training that supports the body instead of draining it.

The goal isn’t just change, it’s change you can maintain.

Your ‘dream body’ doesn’t come from chaos, restriction, or burnout. It comes from structure you can live with, habits you can repeat, and a mindset that doesn’t fall apart the moment life gets busy 💗

That’s what I coach.

Blueberry chia jam 🫐

- 2 cups (about 300g) blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2–3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2–3 tbsp chia seeds

Method

1. Cook the blueberries in a small pot over medium heat for about 5–10 minutes, stirring and gently mashing them as they soften.
2. Once they look juicy and slightly broken down, add the lemon juice and honey, stir well.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
4. Stir in the chia seeds thoroughly so they don’t clump.
5. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes, stir again, then leave to thicken fully for about 1–2 hours (or overnight in the fridge).
