Where did it all go wrong?
When did we skip the part where we need to get outdoors daily, exercise, eat mostly whole foods, pay attention to our fibre intake, eat the rainbow, reduce our screens and ensure we get enough rest (I'm a mother I get it)
Honestly the absolute sh1te that's spouted on here
People are led to believe you can skip the basics
Where in fact, it's all you need
It's boring I know but I'm in my 9th year of coaching (wow) so I guess I kinda know what I'm talking about
And you won't ever hear me mention any of the above 🙄
Honestly I fear for my kids for what's ahead in further years, let alone those consuming it already - remember it's up to us to change for those who are coming up behind us!
