Our mission at JustDunn Fitness is to awaken everyone's bodies throughout the world. I will teach you to overcome pain, fatigue, bad nutrition choices, and mindset, so you can enjoy life to the fullest. Build your body and your mind by combining functional bodybuilding, macro-based nutrition tracking, and mind-body awareness through meditation, mind muscle connection, visualization, and optimal mechanical tension.

We serve individuals, families, businesses, healthcare professionals, and organizations throughout the Lower Keys because knowing what to do in an emergency could become someone's second chance at life.

The JustDunn Fitness Community Field Day is coming up fast, and we’re excited to share some of the confirmed vendors, raffles, and live music — with more still being added!

We are incredibly grateful for the support from our local businesses and neighbors. This event truly wouldn’t be possible without this amazing community 💙

This is a family-friendly community event supporting Big Pine youth sports, and it’s shaping up to be a great day for kids and adults.
