🚨 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY 🚨

The time has nearly come, next week, myself and 4 of the lads will be taking on a challenge that will push us physically and mentally to the limit.

6.7km every hour, on the hour, for 15 hours.
100km per runner.
500km combined.

But this isn’t about running.

It’s about raising as much money as possible for the incredible Solas Cancer Support Centre and helping support the vital work they do for individuals and families in our community.

We’re looking for:

✅ Local businesses
✅ Community groups
✅ Families
✅ Individuals

To sponsor one of the 15 runs throughout the day.

For €100 sponsorship, you’ll:

• Be featured across our social media coverage leading into the event
• Receive shout-outs throughout the challenge
• Align your name or business with an amazing local cause
• Play a direct role in helping us maximise our fundraising efforts

This challenge will hurt.

There will be tough moments.

But every kilometre becomes worthwhile if it helps raise awareness and funds for those who need it most.

Nothing worthwhile comes easy.

It would be lovely wouldn’t it…

Qualify as a PT, put up one post, the clients start flocking in numbers…

Open a gym, you reach your membership cap on year one…

You start a new sport, you reach the top 12 months in…

Unfortunately that’s not how it works, but it seems to be the where people set their expectations.

So many people don’t achieve what they set out to do in life, not because they’re not capable, but because they quit before they get their breakthrough.

You have to be willing to go through the s**t, the self doubt, living week to week, the set backs, the failures, the losses, the hard times…

In order to come out the otherside.

Those that are willing to stick it out and hang around long enough are those that succeed.

Most people overestimate what they can achieve in a month and underestimate what they can achieve in a few years.

The reality is that success is rarely one big decision.

It’s thousands of small decisions repeated long enough for the results to become impossible to ignore.

Keep showing up.

The compound effect is always working, whether for you or against you.

Unfortunately…

Shreddy Houdini doesn’t exist 🧙🏼‍♂️❌

You simply just have 2 categories of coaches to choose from…

1) Quick fix spoofers that’ll take your money and get you “in shape” for a photo. More often than not come with meal plans.

2) Real coaches that educate their clients and will set you up for a result that lasts longer than a summer holiday.

Neither have a magic plan.

Neither have the secret sauce.

We all abide by the same laws.

The delivery of the service and the approach taking will dictate whether it’s a quick fix or a result that lasts.

Simply decide what it is you’re after, and choose your coach accordingly.
