U11 Cup – First Round
Waterford Crystal v De La Salle

Our U11s. booked their place in the quarter-finals of the U11 Cup with a comprehensive victory over a determined De La Salle side.

It was fantastic to see the lads back to their very best from the first whistle. The team played with great intensity, moving the ball superbly and producing some outstanding football throughout the game. There were excellent runs, crisp passing, and some well-taken goals, with every player contributing to an impressive all-round performance.

At the other end, Tom recorded yet another clean sheet, continuing an outstanding defensive run with the help of a solid back line.

Credit must go to De La Salle, who battled bravely throughout and never gave up, but today belonged to our lads as they produced one of their strongest displays of the season.

Next up: U11 Cup Quarter-Final against Kilmacow. The lads will be hoping to carry this momentum into another big cup tie on Thursday

A fantastic morning at Burkey’s Tournament hosted by De La Salle, with our teams delivering an outstanding performance – 5 wins from 5 games! 👏⚽

It was great to see so much talent, enthusiasm, and teamwork on display across our younger age groups. The future is certainly bright for our club.

A huge thank you to all the coaches, parents, and guardians for their support and for bringing the kids along to the tournament.

Finally, sincere thanks to De La Salle for the invitation and for running such a superbly organised event. Our players thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

A great night for our U13s/14s as they were the ballboys at the RSC tonight as they witnessed the Blues pick up all 3 points with an impressive 4-0 win. Thanks to Waterford FC for allowing us to help out tonight
