for? Comeragh trekking is an excellent service that can provide for parties, holidays, cross country schooling, relaxation and leisurely days out. At present my customers need to have access to a horse or own one as I currently do not supply horses. But because Comeragh Trekking has been a success so far it has enabled me with the finances to now start the next stage which I will be starting this summer. What can you expect? The treks start in my own yard and continues on to a beautiful lake. Treks are suitable for all people of every age and ability. Our treks include optional jumps; these are great fun and great for training horses for competitions and hunting. All treks are at a speed to suit the riders. Views of the Comeragh Mountains and surrounding areas such as the bridge in Waterford city that is 33km away .A two hour Lake Trek is the most popular. On arrival to the lake a packed lunch is provided .A three hour and longer treks are also available. I also attract people from all over Ireland as “Horse Holidays” can be provided where the customer’s horse can be stabled at my yard for the duration of their holiday and looked after while accommodation in nearby towns can be arranged for my customers.
