Hi I'm Carla.

Founder of Solfit and if you're new here, I wanted to properly introduce myself.

I started Solfit back in 2019, after setting myself a goal at 40: run a marathon. It was tough, and it taught me more about balancing daily life and fitness than any training plan ever could.

My thing is balance. I build fitness around YOUR life, your schedule, your goals, your reality. Whether that's through 1:1 training or group sessions.

I help people build realistic fitness and food habits, even when life gets hectic. Because let's be honest, most of us aren't short on motivation, we're short on time between family, work, admin, nutrition and everything in between.
