You’ve just started
You’ve nailed the first run everything is feeling good. You’ve jumped onto the ski.
You just absolutely let rip and go for PB in this 1k
Then all of a sudden you realise you still have another 7K to run plus all of the other stations
Trust me here you’re gonna be better off going a little bit slower on the ski, when you’re on the ski, I’ll probably say aim for about 90% of your Max effort do not go balls to the wall
Because it’s gonna be a lot easier to make up the time on the run compared to the amount of time going fast on the ski will give you
