Each session includes a variety of stations targeting the full body, using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and functional bodyweight exercises. Whether you’re looking to feel stronger, increase fitness levels, or simply enjoy a fun and empowering workout with other women, Sculpt and Strengthen is suitable for all abilities, with modifications provided throughout.
