Four years ago, | left the security of a job to start my own business from scratch.

Since then, I’ve built a studio I’m incredibly proud of, met some amazing people, and had the privilege of helping so many clients become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Her goal was to feel confident wearing a thong bikini on holiday. We’re not quite where we want to be yet, but she’s made great progress so far through consistency, hard work, and commitment.
