Two lung surgeries later, and I’ve made it over the line again!💚

Thank you to my family, friends and clients that supported me in London and from home. We managed to smash the charity target and I appreciate everybody’s kindness and encouragement more than I can say!

It definitely wasn’t easy but I made it round with the fantastic volunteers and crowd that make it that bit easier to carry on🤍

However, I will now be hanging up my marathon shoes😅

Today is WORLD CANCER DAY - theme ‘United by Unique.’
Highlighting the importance of adapting cancer treatments to cater to the unique needs of each patient.

My cancer was found by chance, but many people are not so lucky, and I am thankful every day to be here with my family, doing a job I love, helping peoples bodies to be strong by giving them unique individual personal sessions.

I’m putting my body to good use, and on the 26th April, I will be running the London Marathon for Charity. All donations to this charity to carry on their work to improve early detection, research and support for patients is hugely appreciated. Thank you x

Super proud of this young swimmer last week, smashing it in Sheffield at the Long Course Swim England National Summer Meet 👏
Bringing his best to the pool in the heats and then again in finals. After being poorly earlier in the year, missing counties, and taking a bit of time to fully get his training back up, this is a fantastic result and makes all those early mornings and multiple training sessions and sacrifices worth it! Well done, Will 💪💚
Big congratulations must also go to the coaching team at Fareham Nomads and of course Will’s family supporting him behind the scenes 🫶

BIG SHOUT OUT!
To my client Deborah racing last weekend in Belgium.
35km bike into a 10km run all off road on wet slippery mud,rocks,roots and cobbles around the Citadel of Namur.
Over 1200m of climbing during the race.
Awesome racing, top of the podium, racing ladies over half her age, coming out on top and taking an impressive 10 mins off last years time (which was dry)! 💪💚 👏 Congrats 🙌 you are awesome!
