It’s safe to say Dave smashed this 👏 Towards the end of the 6 weeks Dave was completing tough conditioning sessions with ease and seeing noticeable differences in his physique 🙌🏻

Amazing progress from one of my clients Zoe 👏

With a few hurdles on the way, Zoe has still been able to stay on track whilst enjoying her holidays and special occasions. She has worked extremely hard whilst still managing to maintain a good balance with life outside the gym, which is always our goal as this is something we can adhere to for longer periods of time instead of trying to implement quick fixes.

A great start for Jordan gaining knowledge, strength, dropping body fat but most important improving his confidence in and outside the gym.

Jordan had a good foundation to start with having previous experience with Boxing. Having consistency in the gym and most importantly enjoying it was the initial goal whilst keeping on top of our food (not being too restrictive).

After just 5 weeks these results are fantastic and is a credit to his hard work. We are only just getting started and will seek to have even more improvements as time goes on 🙌🏻

Always gives 100%, willing to learn and always asking questions to try and improve as much as possible. Well done mate let’s keep up the work ⚒️

Here’s an amazing transformation from my client 👏 Keeping consistent in the gym with a realistic approach that Zoe could manage (every other day) and keeping on top of our food was the area’s we worked on mainly and how we managed to get the results 🔥 We did this over a 4-5 month period being realistic and not over restricting allowing her to still enjoy her life and go to concerts etc guilt free 🤝

2 stone 5 lbs ⬇️
10 inches lost off stomach 👏
