WHAT I EAT IN A DAY🏋️♀️

So I’ve mentioned before that I’m currently cutting. I’ve finally started finding my feet with my routine again both with finding time for the gym and cooking homemade meals with less snacking!
My current workout routine is training 4 times a week, one of those sessions being cardio, and the others being push, pull and legs.
As for food, my calories have dropped and protein intake is up! My hunger levels are currently quite low so I’m happy with the way things are going right now! Water intake is crucial for me as I find that I ALWAYS retain water and this makes me feel so bloated. So I take my big 2.2 litre tank of water everywhere with me and make sure I sip it throughout the day.
Since starting my cut nearly 3 weeks ago, I’ve dropped about 6LBS, most of that being water weight. But I feel SO much better and so my motivation is at a peak! Can’t wait to get to where I want to be!
