It’s good to be back!

Just over a week since returning from Asia and training is back on track

Took 150 for a spin today with my boy .patterson of pushing me past my limit

Smashed a solid 11 reps which was way above my expectations! As this is just above twice my bodyweight👌🏻

Training will be taking a step back for a few months while I'm off travelling, but I will come back eager and with a vengeance 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
