3 clients dropping some magic this weekend ๐๐ผ
1) weekend away with family, wanted to follow a mini training plan to keep up momentum and make sure he was still moving. Not because he has to any more, because he wants to, to keep feeling good.
2) been training hard through winter, ready to start the cricket season strong and fit. Scored some good runs Saturday and felt good whilst doing it. Earned a few Saturday night beers.
3) Kate has been following a running plan, coming to 1:1 PT to train to compete in her 10 mile race, the first time sheโs done that distance in 5 years and wanted to finish 1:40 - 1:45, Iโd say job done!!
