Most people are so focused on where they want to be that they completely ignore how far they’ve already come.
They look at the scales and think:
“I should be further ahead by now.”
Meanwhile they’ve:
✔️ Started strength training
✔️ Built a more consistent routine
✔️ Increased their daily activity
✔️ Improved their food choices
✔️ Drunk more water
✔️ Gained confidence in themselves
The scales only tell a tiny part of the story.
The real progress is in the habits you’ve built and the person you’re becoming.
So before you beat yourself up today...
