A fantastic morning had at our meadowhead Academy this morning filled with smiles, football and families!

We really do love our kixx football superstars! They bring joy, happiness and laughter and there’s nothing more satisfying than hearing laughter at our Fun football academies every Saturday morning for our 2-10 year olds ⚽️😁

‼️KING EDWARD LOWER SCHOOL TEMPORARY VENUE CHANGE FOR SEPTEMBER ONLY ‼️

Hi It’s Jamie from Kixx — I hope you’re all having a fantastic summer! ☀️⚽

We have a little venue change for September, so please take a moment to read the information below so you know exactly where we’ll be kicking things off!

Throughout September, our academy sessions will temporarily move to:

🏟️📍Notre Dame High School
Fulwood Road
Sheffield
S10 3BT

This applies to the following academy dates:

📅 Sunday 6th September
📅 Sunday 20th September
📅 Sunday 27th September

Please remember that Sunday 13th September is our scheduled break week, so there will be no academy session that day.

🌟 Where will we be playing?

All academy sessions will take place outdoors on the astroturf pitches at Notre Dame High School.

🚗 Parking: There is plenty of free road parking available around the school on Sundays, so parking shouldn’t be a problem.

📍 Finding the pitches: We know that visiting a new venue for the first time can sometimes feel like a mini adventure! 😄 please see the short video showing exactly how to access the pitches once you arrive at Notre Dame, making it nice and easy to find us.

If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us we’ll be more than happy to help.

Our Superstars have been working so hard on their skills - and at the end of every block in our curriculum, they earn a certificate to celebrate their amazing progress 👏🏼🏆

Each certificate represents new skills learned, confidence grown, friendships made and challenges overcome ⚽️

We are SO proud of every single member of & nothing makes us more happy seeing those big smiles as they receive their well earned certificates 🥹🧡

COACHES WANTED - SOMEONE FABULOUS! Could you be a Kixx Coach? ⚽️

Do you have experience working with young children? this is a great opportunity, we are looking for a special person to join our Kixx team and have a fun, part-time job leading your own classes with children aged 3-11 years

A bit about the person we are looking for...

🧡 Great with people, big and small, but especially the small
🧡 Enthusiastic with a great sense of fun and creativity
🧡 Flexible
🧡 Have a good imagination and definitely not be shy!
🧡 Empathetic, caring and supportive
🧡 Dedicated to learning the class content and
🧡 passionate about football coaching

In addition you'll need to be able to drive and have your own car to transport the kit.

The job:
🌟 The job is physical!
🌟 Kit will be provided so you'll have everything you'll need to sprinkle your magic everywhere you go.
🌟 Full training will be provided and you get to be supported by an excellent bunch!
🌟Hours TBC but we are on the lookout for a coach for wednesday evenings 4:30pm-6pm and Sunday Sunday mornings 9am - 11am. There maybe more hours dependent on performance

Back to school means new classrooms, new routines, new friendships and plenty of new things to learn… and we know that our Superstars are taking lots of skills from Kixx with them! ⚽️🌟

Every Kixx session helps children build confidence, teamwork, communication, listening skills, resilience and friendships - all skills that matter just as much off the pitch as they do on it 👏🏼

🚀 BIG IDEAS. BIGGER PLANS. 🧡

On Friday, we had the honour of attending the annual Kixx Team Development Day! 🙌🏼

It was a fantastic day bringing together various Kixx franchise owners from across the UK for a day packed with learning, development, new ideas, plenty of thinking… and, of course, lots of laughs! 😂

Led by Ben, the owner of Kixx UK, alongside guest speaker Luke Staton, the day challenged us to ask questions, think differently and look at how we can continue to improve what we do for our Kixx families.

Coach Jamie has come away with a head full of fresh ideas, exciting plans and plenty that he’s already itching to get started on over the next few months! 👀

A huge thank you to everyone who was involved and attended the day. The conversations, ideas, advice and laughs made it such a brilliant day to be part of. 🧡

We’re already excited about what the next year of Kixx will bring for our Superstars, grown-ups and coaches alike! 🥳⚽️
