Hilly route on Wednesday preparing the gang for the Sheffield 10k a week on Sunday. Next week's route will include another part of the route. It's all character building peeps 😁

Winter is coming.

Darker nights are upon us so last Wednesday was probably our last jaunt up through the parks until April next year (I'm not crying 😭)

Time to dig out the hi-vis gear folks.

Some of the gang will be taking part in the Sheffield Half Pint Marathon marathon today. Check the WhatsApp group for locations as to where the group will be heading and any updates throughout the day.

Every Wednesday at 7pm we met for a chat 5k around the steel city. A safe space for all to attend. No pressure, no timeframes, no judgement and nobody gets left behind.

RUBBER DINGHY RAPIDS!

Just the four lions last Wednesday on our chatty 5k trot.

Another great chatty run with the gang in the heat. Could be another warm one this coming Wednesday.

Hunting season has begun in the and South Yorkshire as the started on Monday.

Tonight's route took us into the heat of the steel city to see how many lions, lionesses and cubs we could spot.

A very gentle, relaxed route. Plenty of waking points and plenty of stops too along the way to read all about the sculptures.

We welcomed Jonathan for the best first time tonight 👋🏻😁 Hope you enjoyed your run with us.

A rather twisty route last night with the gang who also tackled frog walk....from top to bottom. I think we all agreed it was easier going up rather than down 🤣

Five and a half years in and this group still amazes me!!

Whilst regular leader Ash (me) has been absent, the group have still met up, still chatted and still ran. Lead by the incredible .yorkshire 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Last night however we did have to cancel due to no run leaders being available. Despite this, the gang still got together for a plod up to a local park and back 👍🏻

No run leaders, no problem 😁

Back again next week for a chatty 5k and a twist on one of our regular routes 🐸🐸🐸
