After 7 years of coaching clients purely in person, I’m taking the exciting leap and launching CTT Online Personal Training.

There’s been testing, tweaking, trial runs of different types of software & apps (big thanks for being head guinea pig 👏🏼 ), to make sure it feels right.

The coaching offered isn’t your generic PDF plan. There will be options to have me there every step of the way, the same structured, sustainable coaching I’ve delivered face-to-face for years — just now accessible wherever you are!

I’ll still very much be operating 1:1 locally! (I enjoy it way too much!) But I’m very excited to now be able to coach beyond that!

Let’s be honest… December isn’t the season for PBs or lengthy workouts 🎄
This little window between Christmas & New Year is my cue to take it steady and just get the body moving each morning.

Nothing fancy. Nothing complicated. Just movement 👟

In & out of the gym in under 30 mins ⏱️

🔥 Simple Feel-Good Session 🔥
• 20 min incline treadmill walk
12% incline
~6km/h

🧠 Quick Core Circuit
⏱️ 30 sec med ball mountain climbers
⏱️ 30 sec weighted sit-ups
⏱️ 30 sec Russian twists
😮‍💨 30 sec rest

➡️ Repeat 3 rounds

Enough to get the blood pumping, energy lifted, and body feeling GOOD ✨

Heading into training week 8 of 12 for Hyrox men’s doubles - Birmingham. This is the first time I’ve actually followed a set Hyrox training plan and whilst its been a tough 5 sessions a week, it feels good to know exactly what I’m doing every time I show up at the gym, paying attention to every teeny detail from weight selection, pacings, exact rest periods and target heart rate zones. More than anything though following a plan has helped keep me sane during the IVF ‘experience’ shall we call it. Some structure and control when it’s lacking elsewhere has been absolutely key. Let’s GO!
