Poached eggs on avocado toast with a side of baked beans πŸ‘¨πŸΎβ€πŸ³
Ingredients 🍽:
- 1 slice of multi-seed bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tin of baked beans
- 1/2 avocado
EST Calories: 600kcal max.

This protein packed, low calorie meal can be consumed for breakfast, lunch or even dinner! Also this meal can easily be adjusted by the amount of eggs, beans & avocado you have to lower or even higher your calories intake depending on what your goals are πŸ˜„.

Thinking about doing these posts regularly so show some love if you think you would like to see more of this kinda stuff. Thought I’d start of with a nice and easy meal which most people know about and its also one of my favourites which I make frequently during the week!

There are many ways to loose weight, tone your body & build muscle/strength and it’s not that easy as everyone would be fit! You need to be eating correctly throughout the week, working out at least a minimum of 3 times a week and make sure you put in 100% into everything. Of course everyone is different so some people have different goals then others so your diet and training may vary but whatever your goal may be it is not impossible especially with the correct guidance like from my self or πŸ‘ŠπŸΎ. Start your 2021 the right way and get in shape for the summer with us πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ₯Š
