I recently ran a FREE 8 Week Fitness Challenge - focused on helping people achieve their fitness goals
I had 12 participants and their goals were varied, some were to lose weight, some were to establish a gym routine, and some were to gain strength & muscle.
This coaching challenge was all online based training, and I provided a personalised workout plan alongside tailored nutrition/macro guidance.
Here are some of the results of the 8 week challenge:
My client Douglas lost over 5kg and stuck to a consistent routine🔥
Another client, Laura, lost over 4kg and grew her gym confidence massively! She’s now able to go to the gym consistently and smash her targets💪🏽
Another client of mine, Amy, was able to gain proper structure & consistency with completing workouts, over 20 workouts in the space of 8 weeks and 5kg lost🎯
