Fat Loss Tips 🤝🏽

Keep it simple. Fat loss is not complicated, most people just overthink it.

This is the advice me & my clients use to drop stubborn fat fast🔥

Follow these steps⬇️

- Calories first - fat loss requires a calorie deficit. Track your intake or control portions so energy out is greater than energy in.

- Prioritise protein at every meal - protein helps preserve muscle, improves recovery, and keeps you fuller for longer which reduces unnecessary snacking.

- Strength train 3-5x per week - lifting weights does not magically burn fat but it maintains muscle while dieting and increases overall calorie burn over time.

- Use cardio as a tool - cardio helps increase daily energy expenditure and cardiovascular fitness. Aim for at least x2 sessions per week - walking, cycling, swimming etc.. I recommend 20mins incline walk on a treadmill post workout.

- Master the basics - daily movement matters. Aim for 7,000-10,000 steps, stay hydrated, sleep well, and stay consistent!

I recently ran a FREE 8 Week Fitness Challenge - focused on helping people achieve their fitness goals

I had 12 participants and their goals were varied, some were to lose weight, some were to establish a gym routine, and some were to gain strength & muscle.

This coaching challenge was all online based training, and I provided a personalised workout plan alongside tailored nutrition/macro guidance.

Here are some of the results of the 8 week challenge:

My client Douglas lost over 5kg and stuck to a consistent routine🔥

Another client, Laura, lost over 4kg and grew her gym confidence massively! She’s now able to go to the gym consistently and smash her targets💪🏽

Another client of mine, Amy, was able to gain proper structure & consistency with completing workouts, over 20 workouts in the space of 8 weeks and 5kg lost🎯
