🔥TRICEP FINALE🔥

Quick tricep superset to finish a push session. I can’t lie I’m feeling stronger every session I do.

I’m doing a push pull legs program I designed right now. It works on a 3 day cycle and The aim is to get at least 3 session in per week and hit all the body parts. Any extra sessions you get are a bonus.

There’s a difference between lifting for strength and lifting for growth... besides the rep range I mean.

If you’re lifting for strength, you’re training a specific movement.

When your lift for growth you’re training a specific muscle.

And the aim is to burn it out, as much as possible within the prescribed rep range.

This is why I don’t get too caught up in my 1rm.
1 rep isn’t gonna get you wham.
Performing a single rep is 90% bragging right and 10% risk of injury.
And anyway I’m tryna look like Hercules not out lift him!
Statistics show that 100% of people who regularly performed 1 rep Max’s couldn’t take them too the beach.. that’s whack!

I just want to be healthy and look my best.
