Meet Team Aspire Narwhals (excluding Dave who couldn’t make it).
Who in Sept are taking on the Enduroman Arch2Arc which entails-

🔥 81 mile Run from Marble Arch London to Dover
🔥 22mile Swim across the channel
🔥 187 mile Bike ride from Calais to The Arc de Triomphe

This weekend was the first of many meet ups, next one being at swimmers beach Dover in May.

Running - 87 miles from London Marble Arch to Dover

Swimming - 21 miles across the English Channel

Cycling - 181 miles from Calais to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris

All part of a 5 person relay team and raising funds for .

Expectations vs. Reality

We talk a lot about “progress,” but we forget that it’s rarely a straight line. We imagine things unfolding step by step, neatly, predictably… then life shows up with plot twists, delays and detours we never planned for.

But here’s the truth-
Growth is not linear. Healing isn’t linear. Success isn’t linear.
Some days you leap forward. Some days you feel stuck. Some days you start over completely, but it all still counts.

So if your reality doesn’t match the version you pictured, breathe. You’re not failing, you’re evolving. Keep going, stay patient, and trust the messy non linear path you’re on.

A massive shout out to my wonderful client Bridget who Climbed Beinn an Oir the highest of Jura’s 3 Paps this week.

Bridget says “This is massively significant for me as it completed my Pits to Paps challenge of the last 9 months.
The pits were the end of last year where even walking 2 kms was excruciatingly painful due to an arthritic knee.
The thought of one day climbing the Paps kept me going through a knee replacement operation and rehab.
Couldn’t have done any it without you, Sarah.
Thanks a million x “

Back to school season often means mums put themselves last. But our energy matters too.

Between drop offs, work, and endless to do lists it’s easy to skip meals or reach for quick fixes.

The truth………… Nourishing yourself doesn’t have to be complicated.

🔥 Start your mornings with simple grab and go breakfasts like overnight oats or smoothies.

🔥 When you’re packing lunches, prep yours too because your body deserves fuel, not leftovers.

🔥 Keep energizing snacks on hand nuts, fruit or hummus with crackers so you’re not running on empty.

🔥 Hydration is key carry a water bottle and make it fun with fruit infusions.

And for evenings?

🔥 Quick dinner hacks like sheet-pan meals or batch cooking can save you time and sanity.

Prioritising your nutrition means more energy, focus, and resilience for everything and everyone on your plate. 💪

"I started training with Sarah in February, and thanks to her support and expertise, l've just completed the Lakeland 50 with a new personal best (of over an hour). She's helped me build strength and improve my core, created a tailored weekly running plan, and guided me in improving my diet and meal planning.
