👶🏼 BUGGY FITNESS KENDAL IS BACK 👶🏼

Before we re‑launch fully this September, we’re excited to bring you a Summer Taster Block of our much‑loved outdoor postnatal class — the perfect chance to join us, meet other mums and get moving again in a supportive, friendly environment.

Our sessions focus on safe, effective postnatal movement with refreshed outdoor Kendal routes and resistance‑based exercise stops.

After over 10 years of delivering this class to local mums, we are thrilled to continue supporting a new generation in rebuilding strength, confidence and community.

☀️☀️☀️Summer Taster Block ☀️☀️☀️

📆 📆 📆 3‑week block 📆 📆 📆

* 10 am Tuesday 21st July
* 10am Tuesday 28th July
* 10am Tuesday 4th August

What Each Session Includes:
* 60 minutes of outdoor postnatal movement
* Scenic Kendal walking routes
* Resistance‑band and body‑weight exercise stops
* A warm, welcoming group of local mums

📝📝📝📝Important Info📝📝📝📝

You must be:
* 6 weeks post‑natural birth, or
* 12 weeks post‑C‑section,
* and cleared by your GP or midwife to exercise.
