Buggy Fitness Kendal is back for our 11th Fabulous year.
Our post Natal specialist sessions focus on mobility, improving fitness, core specific strengthening, resistance training and general health and wellbeing.
It’s not just a fitness session, it’s an opportunity to meet new local mums, enjoy the outdoors, gain support and share our new mum life.
This block will run every Thursday for 5 weeks from 24th April - 22nd May at 10am.
We meet under Kendal Castle and head out around our scenic and pram friendly routes around Kendal, with resistance stops along the way.
Where ever you are in your post natal recovery, our sessions are fully adaptable to meet your needs.
We have a private WhatsApp group where we will post videos to support our sessions , and so that our Buggy Fitness community can continue to grow.

*you must be 6-8 weeks post natural birth or 12 weeks + post C Section and cleared by your midwife of GP for exercise*
