Pay As you go Fitness Classes £6.50 per class.

Ring up the day before the class to see if we have space and we will book you onto the class.

Classes include: HIIT, Lower body conditioning, Total body Conditioning, Circuits, Pilates, Stretch & Mobility, Seated strength & conditioning, Aqua, Boxercise, Piloxing, Aerobics, Yoga Ect.

Make sure to ring up before accessing the pool to ensure that there is enough space and availability.
