BJJ outing today for the team down at UKBJJA Scottish cup 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

First up was Jethro who after a powerful wrestling opening in his match went on to pick up an injury forcing him to withdraw from the competition.

Unfortunate ending as I’m confident at white belt there’s very few heavyweights that would hang with him.

Next up we had Ryan who put in a solid performance in his opening match & then after being up massively in his second match gassed out ended up getting beat. Lots of promise shown though !

3rd up we had Aidan in the blue belt no gi division who picked up 3 solid wins but got caught by the eventual winner in 1 of his matches. Went on to win his bronze level match. Definitely one to watch out for !

The stand out of the day was white belt Emmanuel who was bumped up to a tough blue belt Division today due to having a single MMA fight.

The division was stacked and Emmanuel passed every test infront of him picking up 4 wins & the big Gold medal🥇

Amazing work champ ! 👏
