At HBA, we are passionate about creating opportunities that go far beyond boxing. While our young people develop discipline, confidence and resilience in the ring, we are equally committed to supporting their personal and academic development.

Over two fantastic days, twelve of our Young Leaders successfully completed four modules through the High Life Highland Youth Leadership Programme. They explored communication, conflict resolution, human connection and goal setting, gaining valuable knowledge and nationally recognised learning along the way.

These experiences reflect exactly what HBA stands for — creating pathways for young people to develop leadership skills, build confidence and gain real-life experience that will benefit them long after their boxing journey.

From teamwork and problem-solving to leadership and communication, these are skills for life, not just skills for the ring.

We are incredibly proud of all twelve young leaders for their commitment, enthusiasm and willingness to challenge themselves. The future is bright, and we look forward to supporting each of them as they continue to grow, lead and make a positive impact in their communities.
