Congratulations to our own super star, Lesley Gatton 🌟 on being awarded lifetime membership by SASA North! Lesley has a wealth of knowledge on all things swimming and has been a huge support to our Club for many years, in a variety of roles. Lesley completed her STO journey last year when she qualified as a referee and can usually be found at meets keeping us all right! What an asset and ambassador she is to our Club. Congratulations Lesley, this is thoroughly deserved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is Lesley, our Vice Chair. She is the backbone of swimming in the Highlands. There is nothing she doesn’t know about rules and procedures, who to email or phone or simply to be our listening ear! SASA north made her a Lifetime Member and we couldn’t be prouder!

What a way to finish off our fitness testing!

FREYA ALLAN has smashed the Senior Girls Standing Long Jump record with an unbelievable jump of 242cm!!

The previous record had stood strong for SEVEN years, held by Kathryn Brown, but Freya flew past it by an incredible 11cm!

Power. Speed. Explosiveness.
This was seriously impressive and a huge reflection of the hard work being put in behind the scenes.

Our little fish can jump too!!!💪

A massive well done Freya, an incredible achievement and a record that will take some beating!

That’s a wrap from a very busy, very successful week at SNAGS!
