Tomorrows competition in Forres. 4-6 years starts 10am, 23 West Road Forres IV36 2GW. Second roundabout take 1st left and go straight towards AJ Engineering. Please don't park in front of any gates as 24 hour access required. Lidl's is only 200 meters away if no parking at gym. 7-9 years starts at 12noon. Good luck to all taking part!👊

Well and truly,done in! Thanks to Mr.O'Hare for a great sparring session today with students from Alness, Inverness, Nairn and Forres taking part. Sore everything by the end so didn't want to say that tomorrow will be worse 🙃

What a great mother's day for our Blackbelt mum Majella Martin after seeing her son Diarmuid (also a Black belt)achieving the highest award possible, the Kings award in Scouting. Awards were presented by Lord-Lieutenant, Joanie Whiteford Lord Lieutenant of Ross and Cromarty.
