I'll set up a specific training and nutrition plan based on your goals, followed by 1 in person personal training session per week.

⭐️⭐️CLIENT TRANSFORMATION⭐️⭐️

Update on Client @-ashanncar who has been smashing it recently.

I did a recent post on Ashley a few months back where we finished her first cut/ dieting phase. And the results were amazing. 💪
After that we focused on building her calories back up to a maintenance/ good baseline, focusing on building some nice muscle tone/ strength.
Then we moved onto diet phase number 2 as we decided we could still lose a few more pounds, that's the recent pictures you see. ⬆️
So with diet phase 2 now complete we are very happy with current shape. The goal again is to build her calories back up to a good baseline while maintaining her new lower body weight with the focus to build some good muscle tone/ shape.

Over 15kg (33lbs) of bodyweight has been lost 👏 👏

• Lower and upper body strength has improved
dramatically
• Helthier relationship with food ( actually enjoying.
the foods she eats/ building nutrition habbits to
work around her busy schedule/ lifestyle.

We are not done yet, we are still running a cutting/ diet phase, then soon get her ready for phase 2 the reverse diet. Much more progression to be made 💪💪

Amazing muscle building progress from client 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏
We achieved this look in 2 phases.

Phase 1: we did a slow and controlled lean bulk pushing strength and calories as high as we could without gaining excess bodyfat.

Phase 2: we then did a slow cutting diet while trying to maintain as much strength and muscle as possible.
Leading to this recent check in.

We are already onto a new strength and muscle building phase so much more progression to come 👀

⭐️⭐️10 Week Body Transformation Complete⭐️⭐️

This is the amazing progress from 1 of my clients that took part in my 10 week body transformation challenge.

Her goal was to lose abit of bodyweight, shape up and get stronger and we absolutely smashed those goals.

What we did to make this transformation happen...
4 strength training sessions per week, 1 session with myself 3 on her own, followed by a mix of liss and hiit cardio after her strength workouts while being on a calories deficit. We used foods and meals that she liked and that she could stay consistent with.

Almost 9kg down in bodyweight, that's almost 20lbs down while getting stronger, all gym lifts have dramatically improved and has made massive improvements to her CV fitness.

Big well done to my client 👏 👏 👏

We are now moving into a new training phase with some new goals in sight. So much more to come 👀
