Owned by two Doctors of Physical Therapy, CrossFit Wreckage delivers smart, effective training for all fitness levels. 💪 Join our strong Charlotte community—or bring the kids! 🧒 We offer CrossFit Kids (ages 5–13) + summer camps! ☀️ CrossFit is all about not specializing in one particular area of fitness. Instead, it encompasses all areas of fitness, including; Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, en

durance training, plyometric training, kettlebell training, and pretty much any other area of fitness you can imagine. If you are tired of going to the gym and doing the same routine of weights and then hopping on a treadmill, then come to CrossFit Wreckage. It doesn’t matter if you are an elite athlete preparing for the CrossFit Games, or someone who can’t even remember the last time they worked out. We will teach you what you need to know to meet you fitness goals, and we can scale any of our workouts to accommodate your fitness level. Wreckage believes the best thing for us to do is be the best for our athletes. We chose the best coaches in the area in order to help them achieve their goals. Whatever the objective of our athletes we are ready to make them get there faster, easier and as enjoyable as possible…because after all, CrossFit is serious fun. Our greatest pride is seeing one of our athletes lose weight, gain and tone muscle, and become more physically fit. Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms and moms to be of CrossFit Wreckage 💐💪

Today we celebrate the strength, dedication, and heart you bring both inside and outside of the gym. From early mornings and late nights to PRs. From school/daycare runs to getting in that workout with the little time you had. From all the stresses and blessings that each new day brings— you continue to show what real strength and love looks like every single day.

Thank you for inspiring our community with your resilience, hard work, grace and love. We’re proud to have such incredible mothers as part of the Wreckage family.

Giving a much deserved shoutout to Mark and Juliana for hitting 50 classes at CrossFit Wreckage!

This power couple joined our gym back in November and they have been killing it ever since!

They bring so much great energy and personality to our 6:30 am class! We love having you as part of our gym family!

They continue to show up and put in the work. They keep pushing through tough days and they continue to progress one day and one workout at a time.

Your consistency, grit, and positive energy don’t go unnoticed-and they make our community stronger.

Here’s to the sweat, the PRs, and the confidence you’ve earned. 50 down... and this is just the beginning. Let’s keep wrecking goals!

We are wishing the Happiest of Birthday’s to a real Wreckage OG! He may be a Master’s athlete but he can still hang with the best of them!

If you know Thomas, you know that he would do anything for anyone! He has helped shape and build Wreckage into what it is today! He can build anything, he can fix anything and he has done so much for so many of our gym community!
