Let’s gooooooooooo! It is time for Bruce and Claudia and Tiffany and Cindy to compete at Powerlifting America age division nationals in Corpus Christi Texas! Bruce competes Tuesday and all the ladies compete Wednesday! We are on the hunt for PRs and medals…and a spot on team USA to go to worlds!

Huge congrats to Aislynn, Gabby, and coach Doug for a great showing at Queen City Classic! went 4 for 6 with a comp sn**ch PR and a great comeback on clean and jerk. with her first 6 for 6 day and comp PR both lifts and hitting the big 70 clean and jerk with the reds! Coach with another 6 for 6 day with comp PR both lifts! So proud of all of you! And huge thanks to for helping out back and to and for help with counting during the wild session!
