Vibe Dance Fitness Studio

Vibe Dance Fitness Studio I am not your average Zumba instructor. My style is a bit different. One reason is because there are only a few Latin songs that my ears can tolerate.

On top of that, I do not believe in heavy choreography. There are no more than 4 basic moves that I choreograph in each song. I also believe that it is not WHAT you do, its HOW you do it. Basic movement comes in many forms. Anyone can two-step, but how you two-step is the key. I want you to develop your own style and be comfortable doing it. That's where the confidence comes in and that's what I a

m all about. Building confidence. I do have to give a disclaimer. My classes are high intensity! I have the nickname Energizer Bunny for a reason! You are guaranteed to sweat. If you are not dripping in sweat when leaving my class, something is terribly wrong! I ask that you go at your own pace, and please get water whenever you need to.

Caroline Calouche & Co. is offering an amazing Adult program and Vibe classes are included! Don't be afraid to try any of these classes! Yours truly tried Aerial Dance and if I can do it, you definitely can!! It's crazy fun!! No experience is needed, no upper body strength (I definitely have none!) if you can sit in a chair and go up stairs, you can take this class!! Take a look at this video for a peek of what is in store (feel free to laugh lol)
