Sometimes the hardest part isn’t letting go.

It’s trusting that the empty space won’t stay empty forever.

We often hold onto relationships that leave us feeling hurt, unseen, or unable to be ourselves because we’re afraid of what comes after. But fear is a poor reason to stay where you no longer thrive.

Sometimes creating space is the kindest thing you can do for yourself.

If this reminded you of someone who needs to hear it today, share it with them. ❤️

Criticism used to crush me.
I took it personally.
I got defensive.
I heard criticism instead of information.

Everything changed when I stopped asking,
“What’s wrong with me?”
and started asking,
“What can I learn from this?”

This week, someone gave me feedback about my videos.
Instead of defending myself, I bought a new light.
It wasn’t about proving I wasn’t good enough.
It was about becoming a little better.

Growth doesn’t come from avoiding feedback.
It comes from learning how to receive it.

🤍 Save this for the next time feedback stings.

You’re not starting from zero.
You’re starting with experience.

Every setback has taught you
something your success couldn’t.

The version of you beginning
today is wiser than the version
who started the first time.

Don’t let one setback convince
you that you’ve lost all your progress.

You’re beginning again with
everything you’ve learned.

Today is a good day to begin again. 🤍

Missing a day is NEVER the problem…
The meaning you give it is.

I missed Day 8 of my 100K in 100 Days challenge.
And for a moment, I wanted to make that mean something about me.

That I wasn’t disciplined enough.
That I wasn’t consistent enough.
That maybe I wasn’t capable.

But missing a day was never the problem.
The problem was the story I was creating about it.
Consistency doesn’t mean showing up perfectly every day.

It means choosing to come back.
Today, I chose to begin again. 🤍
Your next decision matters more than your last mistake.

If I had to point to one thing that hurt me more than anything, it was positive thinking.

By only thinking positively, and never considering what could go wrong, I was never prepared when it did.
And it made me fail.

Nobody builds a building planning for it to catch fire. But you still build fire exits. That’s not negative thinking. That’s how you build safely.
Same with goals.

Somewhere in the next 94 days, I will want to quit. It already whispered at me this week.
I know it now, so I’m planning for it now.
I call it my Fire Exit strategy.

Name the moments that will shake you before they arrive: the slow week, the mean comment, the doubt at day 40.

Decide today who day-40 you gets to be.
Preparation isn’t pessimism. It’s self trust with a seatbelt.
Next up: the exact protocol I use when resistance hits. Stay tuned 👇

For years, I had it all backward.

I was waiting to meet a few
conditions on my list before
I’d be worthy of love.

I didn’t realize that once I loved myself,
everything got easier.
Nourishing myself.
Moving my body.

Holding myself to higher standards,
in my work,
in my relationships,
in what I’d accept and what I wouldn’t.

I thought self love was the end result. I didn’t realize it’s where everything starts.

If you’re waiting to love yourself until you look different, feel different, or finally arrive somewhere, please know this: switching the order changes everything.

Work on one thing. Work on self love. Everything else will work itself out. 🤍

Once a week, I take 24 hours completely off. No phone, no content, no checking the numbers.

It’s part of my Sabbath practice. And it’s not a break from the goal. It’s part of how the goal gets built.

If your goal only survives when you’re gripping it every second, you don’t have a goal. You have a hostage.

Rest is where you find out whether you actually trust the work you’ve already done.

Self trust isn’t just pushing forward. It’s knowing you can let go for a day and the goal will still be there when you come back.

Tomorrow: fire exits, and why fake positivity almost cost me this whole challenge. Stay tuned 👇
