❓Do I need to know how to skate?
Nope! We’ll teach you everything from the ground up — balance, stopping, turning, and all the derby moves.
❓Do I need gear?
Just bring yourself (and a friend if you want)! We have loaner gear available for beginners to try out.
❓Is roller derby dangerous?
It’s a full-contact sport, but safety is our top priority. You’ll learn at your own pace in a supportive environment.
❓What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes, socks, and a smile 😄
❓Who can join?
Anyone 18+ who wants to get active, meet new people, and be part of a strong, empowering team!
